With the feelings of excitements, Im on my way to attend Rutgers university. Although this is my second time to US, Rutgers are still my dreaming place to go for its beautiful scenery and great achievements on philosophy. After a 22 hours flying we arrived at JFK airport. So kind of Amanda who thoughtfully prepared daily supplies for us and really appreciate for Dr·Jangs warm welcome.

What I harvest most are the lectures professors prepared for us. The lectures on the normative ethics about trolley problem remembered me most and let me to rethink deeply on which choice is better and the theory behind the choices. We had 4 times of academic English workshop but each time we had different experiences. The most impressive is the second time, when Dr·Christopher talks about the culture of America and the struggle of Aztlan people. I like history very much and this kind of content not only let me learn more about worldwide history, but also let me feel mankinds effort in protect their culture and rights. Im really thankful for all the professors who join in our program and all the contents will definitely help me a lot in my future study.

I still remembered how excited I was when I first arrived in New Brunswick, which has a totally different style of buildings and cultures form China. New Brunswick or I have to say Rutgers have a very chill atmosphere that it has too many grand lawns for people to sit or walk and have a really nice environment that full of beautiful flowers, colorful trees and many little cute animals running around. And that the things unusual to find in Chinas college. Im sure I will still remember these views maybe after 10 years.

All in all, I sincerely appreciate for all the professors splendid lectures, all my friendsaccompany and all the stuffs effort, without any of them I wont get this wonderful and meaningful experience and achieved a lot on my English and philosophy study. Hope I can back to Rutgers someday and I will definitely miss the 14 days I stayed here in October, 2023.
