Biography

Male, born in Jilin City, Jilin Province in January 1963. Ph.D. in political science and sociology. The dean of the School of Philosophy and Social Sciences. The vice-chairman of the Chinese Sociological Association, vice director of the Sociology Teaching Steering Committee of the Ministry of Education, member of the National Master of Social Work (MSW) Education Steering Committee, chief expert of the Marxist project of the Ministry of Education, the evaluation group expert of National Social-Science Fund, a consultant of urban and rural community construction of the Ministry of Civil Affairs.

August 1979-July 1983: Undergraduate degree at Department of History, Northeast Normal University.

July 1983-August 1985: He taught at No. 1 Middle School in Jiaohe County, Jilin Province.

August 1985: He studied at the Department of History, Northeast Normal University.

1988: He received a master's degree.

July 1988-June 1998: He taught at the Department of History of Jilin Normal University as a lecturer and was exceptionally promoted as an associate professor.

Since June 1998: A professor at the Department of Sociology, School of Philosophy and Sociology, Jilin University, and has successively undertaken vice dean and dean.

August 1999: Ph.D. degree in School of Administration, Jilin University.

2012: Ph.D. in Political Science.
